Sports
For over a decade, Leslie and I represented Great Britain karate. He won many prestigious titles including British, European, and the Olympic Cup.
At his peak, Leslie surprised many in and out of sport by retiring after winning the Olympic Cup. In his words, to focus on the Art side, more than the Martial side of sport.
Leslie quenched his thirst to help others improve their mental resilience on Harley Street London. He was coached by Michael Breen himself (founder of NLP), and Paul McKenna, becoming a pioneer in combining neurofeedback, NLP, and mindfulness to measurably improve performance, focus and wellbeing.
Today, Leslie is celebrated as a world-class performance coach and visionary, recognised as one of the Martial Arts Invincibles.

Leslie is one of the worlds most gifted communicators. He uses his gift help, support and coach some of the most gifted and under privileged people in society. He is a real community ambassador and a credit to us, all.
Music
Leslie is hopelessly in love with and well respect in the music industry. He has an eclectic listening ear from Rhythm and Blues to Roots rock reggae, and Classical.
Leslie opened his music venue Charmers in the heart of Birmingham’s City centre in 1998. Ministry of sound, Sun city, David Rodigan, Maka B, Beverly Night, and Goldie to name but a few of the varied artists that Leslie has worked with over the years. Leslie hosted the I-Scream concert with Boys to men, Shaggy, and many more super stars on James’s bond beach, Jamaica. Today in his music studio some of the up and coming and greats pass by to say hello and thank you.

Community
In his home city Wolverhampton, Leslie is a proud volunteer, facilitator, and coach of the Steve Biko Saturday school; they provide education and support to BAME children; 46 years on this year our school is longest running free, non-funded Saturday school in the country and recognised in the community as a home from home, a safe haven, and a conveyor belt of success.
Leslie believe their unique strength and legacy can be summarised in the Nigerian proverb it takes the whole village to raise a child.
Leslie organised and hosted the United National Peace concert he managed to pull together the entire multi-cultural city in the same direction; regardless of belief system and a star-studded line up of artists performing for charity, one nation under a groove in the largest church inthe city.
